This study conducted a cross-sectional telephone survey from August to December 2021 in Bangladesh, focusing on postmenopausal women who had recovered from COVID-19. Aimed at understanding the prevalence and associated factors of insomnia in this demographic, the research utilized a multistage sampling technique across eight divisions of Bangladesh. Data encompassed sociodemographic factors, COVID-19-related experiences, and the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI).
