Public Health Promotion and Development Society (PPDS) is a non-profit organization founded on October 30, 2020, by visionaries Dr. Mohammad Delwer Hossain Hawlader and Dr. Mohammad Hayatun Nabi. Working in collaboration with MPH students at North South University, Bangladesh, PPDS is at the forefront of public health research. Our flagship project investigated the quality of life of COVID-19 patients in Bangladesh, shedding light on the pressing issues faced by the healthcare system in the country. PPDS has published more than 50 peer-reviewed papers, which have helped to advance public health and social development. We also organize workshops to empower the next generation of researchers. Join PPDS today and be a part of this incredible journey towards a healthier future for all.

It empowers individuals for grassroots change, striving to create a healthier and more equitable future through innovation, leadership, and dedication.
PPDS is dedicated to conduct innovative research in the health field. Its primary goal is to address public health issues at national and global levels while promoting ethical research practices. The organization focuses on assisting vulnerable populations, raising awareness about health issues, improving the quality of life, preventing premature deaths, and helping policymakers find sustainable solutions to public health challenges.
The Public Health Promotion and Development Society (PPDS) is a growing public health research platform that started during the COVID-19 lockdown with a bunch of young, promising researchers. Since then, it has published a significant number of research articles in high-impact journals. Within a very short period of time, it has drawn the attention of young researchers in Bangladesh and is continuously developing. My aim is to lift this organization to the top level of research in Bangladesh and the international arena and improve the health of our country’s people. The long-term goal of this organization is to focus on improving the quality of life for chronically ill people and elderly people in Bangladesh through research and palliative care support. Thanks.
The Public Health Promotion and Development Society (PPDS) serves as a commendable research platform, fostering the growth of aspiring and talented researchers who strive to generate novel and groundbreaking research concepts. PPDS has already established a significant presence within the scientific community, both home and abroad. I anticipate that it will play a vital role in the advancement of the nation by persistently contributing to research endeavors and the formulation of public health policies.
