This cross sectional study has been conducted to find out the associated factors linked with PTSD symptopms, insomnia and suicidial ideation among Firefighters of Dhaka division. This study covered total 09 districts and total sample size was 329 Major findings: 22% had severe PTSD symptoms, only 2% had suicidial ideation and Participants who had moderate PTSD symptoms (41.7%) had moderate insomnia.
