Prevalence of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and its associated job stressors among Bangladeshi healthcare professionals working in COVID-19 treatment units
This study investigated the prevalence of PTSD among Bangladeshi frontline healthcare workers during COVID-19, finding higher rates among doctors and those who had previously been infected with COVID-19. The study also found that job stressors like lack of benefits increased the risk of PTSD, highlighting the need for better support.
