Knowledge and attitude among Bangladeshi Healthcare Workers regarding the Management and Infection Prevention and Control of Ebola Virus Disease (EVD)

The study assessed healthcare workers’ knowledge, attitude, and preparedness by recruiting 455 respondents across Dhaka, Chittagong, Khulna, and Rangpur towards Nipah Virus management and infection prevention through multistage sampling. This was a crucial study aiming to assess the readiness of healthcare facilities to combat periodic outbreaks of the Nipah virus and identify any existing gaps.

Prevalence of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and its associated job stressors among Bangladeshi healthcare professionals working in COVID-19 treatment units

This study investigated the prevalence of PTSD among Bangladeshi frontline healthcare workers during COVID-19, finding higher rates among doctors and those who had previously been infected with COVID-19.
