Dr. Mohammad Enamul Hoque is an accomplished health economist with decades of experience in health systems economics, economic evaluation, and public health across both high- and low-income countries. He holds a PhD in Public Health Economics, an MSc in Health Economics, and an MPH in Public Health. His expertise spans advanced statistical and epidemiological analyses, health economics methods, and the design and conduct of economic evaluations of clinical trials. He has applied these skills to examine health shocks, inequalities, and their impacts using large cross-sectional and longitudinal datasets. He has held academic and research appointments at the University of Queensland, University of Melbourne, University of Sydney, Monash University, The University of Western Australia, and Bournemouth University. Dr. Hoque has also served as a consultant to leading international organizations, including the World Bank, WHO, UNFPA, UNAIDS, and IFPRI. His contributions include health financing, policy analysis, large-scale trials, curriculum development, and numerous high-impact publications.
