Dr. Mohammad Ali Hossain Mahid

Mohammad Ali Hossain is a health management expert and public health professional with an experience of 5 years in research field. He is working as Clinical Coordinator in a tertiary level medical college hospital and flourishing his career as a hospital manager. Based on his health related works in densely populated hospital, he initiated several research works engaging patients, doctors, nurses and other health workers. From COVID period to non COVID world he was running several research works covering KAP on PPE, COVID vaccine acceptance nationwide and global, Vaccine side effect, Health behavior, Quality of life studies, Oral health of refugees and occupational hazards. He has published 11 articles in peer reviewed journals with two works as principle investigator and the rest as co-investigator.

Awarded Japanese Government Scholarship (Monbusho Scholarship), from Oct 2009 to March 2014 for Doctoral Study
3. Awarded the best paper of the year 2015 by the “Journal of Tropical Medicine and Health” for the research article “Ascaris Lumbricoids infection as a risk factor for asthma and atopy in rural Bangladeshi children. Tropical Medicine and Health. 2014; 42(2): 77-85.
4. Awarded best poster in international conference on genomics, nanotech and biotechnology, organized by North South University during May 14 th to 17 th 2017.
