Md. Utba Bin Rashid

Md Utba Bin Rashid is a distinguished medical graduate and public health researcher, renowned for his profound dedication to epidemiology. With an impressive tenure at icddr,b, he has significantly contributed to the fields of infectious diseases, neglected tropical diseases, maternal and child health, and more. His expertise encompasses a wide array of research skills, from idea generation to manuscript development, culminating in 24 peer-reviewed articles. His innovative work in maternal and child health earned him the Young Researcher Grant in 2021. Currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Epidemiology at the Arnold School of Public Health, University of South Carolina, USA. Rashid’s work exemplifies his skills in negotiation, communication, and collaboration, making him a trailblazer in public health dedicated to fostering healthier communities worldwide.
