This cross-sectional study conducted in Bangladesh explores the impact of Ramadan intermittent fasting on the dietary habits of university students. With 867 participants surveyed, the research identifies significant variations in the perceived intake of specific food groups among male and female students, as well as those with hypertension and diabetes. The study underscores the need for targeted health education programs and public health awareness campaigns to promote healthy eating behaviors during Ramadan among university students.
